Deep Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Manager to join our growing team. As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our national fleet, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and the highest standards of safety and service.
Oversee the outsourced fleet management agency, fuel providers, vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and service/repair providers.
Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and evolving customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
Coordinate new vehicle orders, vehicle branding, lease negotiations, early terminations, redeployment, lease extensions/expiries, end-of-lease repairs, returns, disposals, and sales.
Review and validate all fuel, maintenance, and lease charges from the outsourced fleet management agency.
Provide customer service for all fleet-related queries and supply chain contracts/systems.
Advise drivers and custodians on insurance claims and queries.
Manage all fleet service requests, ensuring timely and thorough completion.
Compile and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on fleet performance.
Qualifications Atleast bachelor level or above qualifications in fleet management (or related field) OR equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fleet management/procurement role, with regular customer and supplier interaction ( Atleast one year Australian experience is Mandatory).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fleet services, vehicle manufacturing, retail pricing, and leasing arrangements.
Program Development: Experience in developing and implementing safe driving programs and insurance performance initiatives (highly desirable).
Change/Project Management: Experience in change management or project management will be highly regarded.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in analytical problem-solving, data gathering, and analysis.
Ability to pass a national police history check prior to commencement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
