Full Time Business Analysts Required

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather, and document requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of business solutions.

• Create comprehensive and clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure effective data management and reporting.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure a common understanding of project goals.
• Assist in the design of effective and efficient business solutions.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
• Develop test cases and participate in testing processes to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues identified during testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.

Experience Required: Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

Good Salary Package: ($110,000 - $130,000 including Super)
