Our front of house staff are more than just a welcoming face, they are responsible for the every day running’s of the barber shop. It is a very fast paced role/environment and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multi tasking, extremely organised and shines under pressure during those busy periods. We thrive on our fast paced environment and make sure we are always having fun with a smile on our face.

We’re not just your typical Barbershop. The atmosphere and vibe in our shop is like nothing else. We offer our customers the best of the best by having a strong team of talented barbers, receptionists & managers. We also stand out from the rest with TV’s in our mirrors, complimentary beverages, hot towel finishes and cut throat neck shaves. We have the largest range of men’s hair care, styling, beard, shave, and grooming products from around the globe, so we’re the ultimate destination for grooming. And to top it all off, the tunes are always pumping!

What we’re looking for in you?

• Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk in customers ( training provided ) 

• A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality! Greeting & serving customers, walk in retail sales, general enquiries etc

• Someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of barbering without actually being a barber

• Confidence in assisting your store manager to run a large team of barbers

• Long term commitment to the role. We want this to be a career for you, not just a job

• A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI’s

• Roster flexibility. Thursday nights & weekend shifts are a requirement for all team members.
