About the Role:
Baking 101 in Stanmore is on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Front of House Barista & All-Rounder to join our small, passionate team. In this role, you’ll be greeting customers, making coffees, taking orders, and packing up our beautiful baked goods. We’re looking for someone who brings good energy, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Take customer orders in a warm, professional manner
  • Pack baked goods for takeaway and pre-orders
  • Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system
  • Support the team during busy service times

About You:

  • Barista experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Great multitasking skills and a clear communicator
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for early mornings and weekend shifts

Patisserie Assistant

About the Role:
We’re offering a hands-on opportunity to learn the art of baking and patisserie at Baking 101 in Stanmore. As a Patisserie Assistant, you’ll be trained and mentored by our head baker while helping with the daily preparation and production of our baked goods. This is the perfect role for someone who’s enthusiastic, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a creative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with prep work, mixing, measuring, and baking
  • Follow guidance and instruction from the head baker
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
  • Help with packaging and organising baked goods for display and orders
  • Support with general kitchen duties as needed

About You:

  • No formal experience required – just a passion for baking and learning
  • Willing to take direction and grow in a hands-on role
  • Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player
