Who you are

As a Front-end Loader/Excavator Operator at ecoDynamics, you'll be a key player in helping us deliver quality landscape materials, including our famous Mossrock™ Mulch. You’ll also be at the heart of making positive impacts happen including recycling over 129,000 cubic metres of timber, diverting 26,000 tonnes of waste from landfill, and repurposing nearly 88,000 kg of steel every year.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, efficiently handling loaders and equipment to manage landscape materials.
• Ensure quality and precision when managing different types of mulch.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to keep equipment in top condition.
• Stay adaptable and resilient when working in varying weather conditions.
• Always promote and uphold company safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with VicRoads and NHVR regulations.

Qualifications:

• Front-end Loader and/or Excavator tickets.
• HR Licence (preferable).
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically robust with a commitment to safety standards.
