The Role A career-defining opportunity is now available for a highly experienced hospitality professional to take on a key leadership role as a Food & Beverage Manager at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the F&B General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of your allocated portfolio of varied & unique venues, driving tangible results and memorable guest experiences. In this hands-on role, your operational expertise and passion will drive the broader F&B strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of operational plans while leading high-performing teams with an authentic, energised and collaborative leadership style. Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, including premium/casual restaurants, hotel & gaming venues and tenanted venuesContribute and develop the F&B business plan, ensuring successful implementation and communication of key business drivers and objectivesAchieve financial and non-financial KPOs for outlets, including P&L management and identifying opportunities for growthLead, train, and mentor a diverse F&B leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementMonitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability, to achieve financial targetsEffective talent management and succession planning for reports through coaching and developmentDrive innovation in menu development and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and stay ahead of industry trendsKey Requirements: Extensive senior leadership experience in managing multi-venue hospitality operations, including premium, casual, hotel, and gaming venues.
