Lead and manage water resource projects, including flood modelling, stormwater management, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.Collaborate with planners, civil designers, environmental engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture.Help drive Engineering's mission to build a climate-resilient and sustainable future.Work on a diverse range of meaningful projects. As an example, our current workload includes numerous renewable projects throughout Eastern Australia, several sporting precinct upgrades in NSW/QLD, working with catchment management authorities on rural flood mitigation studies, acting as expert peer reviewers for environmental flow hydraulic studies and numerous land development projects.Work remotely with regular office days for team connection.

A Chartered Civil or Environmental Engineer (or working towards it) with at least 4 years of experience in water resources, floodplain management or related fields.Must have minimum 3 years' experience in TUFLOW and Hydrologic modelling in Australia.Strong understanding of Australian water guidelines (ARR, NSW FDM, IDM etc.).Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering practical, client-focused solutions.A commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community resilience.Tertiary degree in environmental or civil engineering.
