About the Role

Are you an experienced Fleet Manager ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment?

G & C Automotive Pty Ltd T/A Budget Car & Truck Rentals is looking for a motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to lead our flagship in Dubbo, NSW

What You’ll Do:

· Develop and execute strategic fleet plans that support the organization’s broader goals.

· Manage the entire fleet lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

· Identify and implement initiatives to improve fleet efficiency and minimise operating costs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including suppliers and government bodies.

· Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to ensure team performance and continuous professional growth.

· Oversee fleet budgets and use performance data to support informed, strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have:

· Proven experience (1-2 years) in fleet management

· Qualification in business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

· Analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

· Offering outstanding customer service and you consider the entire customer experience.

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Knowledge of computer skills

· Problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:
