About the role

Kacen Hydraulic Repairs' is seeking a highly skilled First Class Manual Machinist to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist to work on a diverse range of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:00pm

• Friday 6:30am to 2:00pm

What you'll be doing

• Operating a variety of manual machines such as lathes and mills to manufacture and repair hydraulic cylinder components

• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet strict quality standards

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues during the machining process

• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance

• Collaborating with the hydraulics team to provide technical expertise and support on projects

• Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts produced

• Ability to work unsupervised

Skills and Experience:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate in Machining or Fitting/Machining

• Experience with manual lathes and mills machines

• Basic computer skills

• Strong problem-solving and quality control and the ability to identify and resolve issues during the machining process

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and equipment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
