Join a key system implementation project as a Trainer, supporting the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps). In this delivery-focused role, you'll be responsible for creating training materials and delivering sessions-both virtually and in-person-to ensure smooth user adoption across geographically distributed teams.

About the Role

As a Trainer, you will develop tailored training content and deliver engaging sessions to support business users through the implementation of Dynamics 365 FinOps. While the overall training process is already mapped, you'll be responsible for developing fit-for-purpose materials aligned with business processes and delivering training to end users.

The core training audience includes Perth-based SMEs and technology teams. While much of the delivery will be remote, occasional travel to Perth may be required to support face-to-face training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and user support content for Dynamics 365 FinOps modules
- Facilitate effective training sessions (virtual and in-person) tailored to a range of stakeholders
- Work closely with Perth-based SMEs and project teams to align content with system functionality and business needs
- Provide post-training support and respond to user queries
- Continuously improve training delivery based on participant feedback

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in training delivery for financial ERP system implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps
- Experience with other financial ERP systems (e.g. SAP, TechOne, JD Edwards, Oracle) also considered highly valuable
- Strong capability in developing training materials from mapped processes
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person formats
- Clear communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Flexibility to travel to Perth when required to deliver training sessions on-site
