About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, supporting them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role involves hands-on care, emotional support, and proactive risk management, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Female (for participant preference and care requirements)
• Young, energetic, and motivated
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in mental health and/or high-risk care
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenging situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Check, and Working With Children Check
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Mental Health, or equivalent (preferred)
