About the role and you
At SEN, we own and operate some of Australia’s most exciting professional sporting teams – including the Melbourne Mavericks, Perth Lynx, and Bendigo Spirit. We're reimagining what it means to be truly fan-first – creating unforgettable moments that connect, inspire, and grow our community.
We’re looking for a Fan Operations Manager – someone who thrives on making systems run smoothly, managing details with precision, and bringing structure to creativity. You’ll be the operations heartbeat behind everything fan-facing, working closely with marketing, events, partnerships, and high-performance teams to deliver a seamless experience across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Community Operations: Coordinate logistics for school clinics, player appearances, and grassroots programs, ensuring smooth delivery across staff, venues, and stakeholders
Merchandise Operations: Oversee stock management, fulfilment, and retail experience (online and in-person), including club store activations and product drops
Membership Operations: Manage processing, pack fulfilment, database accuracy, and fan enquiries with pride and precision
Ticketing Operations: Support access, group bookings, and member allocations across various venues and teams
CRM & Systems: Maintain clean and accurate data across platforms like Ticketek, Shopify, and CRM systems
Event Logistics: Assist the Game Day team with operational planning and execution for match days and events
Process Development: Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows that boost efficiency and empower the wider fan team
