We are currently seeking experienced and passionate factual investigators located in Western Australia to join our high-performing team.

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced factual investigators in Western Australia who are already working in the field and want the benefit of a professional, supportive team, reliable case flow, and excellent operational backing.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct professional interviews (face-to-face, phone, video)

  • Analyse and assess evidence to determine appropriate lines of inquiry

  • Identify discrepancies and pursue clarification

  • Prepare clear, concise, and timely reports based on the evidence obtained

You will receive dedicated case management support from Allied Universal, excellent rates, and a reliable payment schedule.

About You

You are a seasoned, professional factual investigator who understands the demands of insurance investigations and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and well-written reports.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in factual investigations in insurance (e.g. Workers Comp,  CTP, General Insurance)

  • Insurance industry investigation experience is highly regarded

  • Current Western Australia Private Investigator licence (or ability to obtain)

  • Excellent communication, time management, and report-writing skills

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, liability principles, and investigative techniques

  • The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards

  • A current driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a satisfactory criminal history

  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and online investigation tools

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
