Capral Aluminium, Australia’s largest extruder and distributor of aluminium, is experiencing increased demand and has multiple vacancies for motivated and experienced Powder Coaters to join our experienced & dedicated team. Rotating Shifts:

• Day: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Responsibilities will include:

• preparing and loading components ready for the powder coating process
• operating the powder coating equipment
• maintaining quality assurance standards
• performing regular preventive maintenance on machinery

To be considered for this position you MUST:

• have experience as a Powder Coater or similar
• have technical skills & understanding of powder coating equipment
• be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• have a willingness to learn
• demonstrate pride & ownership in your work
• good communication skills
• have a good eye for detail
• meet all safety requirements related to the work environment and the role.
