Experienced leading hand landscaping

Grow in our inclusive team of 6 as our Leading hand/ supervisor. Reporting directly to me Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week. Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Assist with the daily operation of our business while seeking continuous improvement & development

• Oversee all aspects of day to day landscaping jobs. Be able to read plans and mark out jobs

• Operate machinery. Excavator, SKID steer loader and mini loaders.

• Reading and marking out site plans, building all types of retaining walls, fencing. Spreading and grading soil, laying turf, planting, mulching, borrowing rocks etc...

• Shift dry hire machinery around the district where needed
