Experienced Lead and Assistant Educators

We are a community focused Childcare Centre where our children come first.

We are looking for passionate, energetic and fun educators who have a genuine love for children and making a difference. Boasting a beautiful outdoor environment and a motivated team of education specialists, our centre cares for children from 6 weeks - school age and is located in Springfield Lakes.

You will need to  have some expereince to join our team! We value authenticity, honesty and teamwork. The centre is open from 6am - 6pm so having the flexibility to work within a rotating roster is a must.

Our role continues to increase and we are currently looking for:

• Experienced Lead Educators

• Experienced Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Current Blue Card.

• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to get)

• Hold a Cert III and/or a Dilpoma in Early Childcare (or working towards)

• Ability to work in a collaborative teaching environment.

• Maintain effective communication with parents throughout the service.

• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Be willing to learn and be part of our dedicated team.

• Friendly & Energetic.

• Strong Leadership Skills.

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
