What You’ll Need:
- A Class Electrical License (SA).
- Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Required tickets: Elevated Work Platform (above 11m), Working at Heights certification, CPR/LVR and Confined Space Entry (While not all are required, having valid certifications is an advantage. )
- Proven experience of at least 3+ years of Industrial experience in mining, factories or other industrial environments
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in demanding or challenging or challenging work environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability for on-call duties and flexibility for rostered shifts
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform routine and on-call maintenance on industrial electrical systems and machines
- Diagnose and promptly repair electrical faults
- Knowledge of PLC (program logic controller), cable termination, support, breakdowns and switchboards
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
