About the role

We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our team at Boatshed Market in Cottesloe, WA. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative environment, contributing to the success of our thriving floral business.

What you'll be doing

• Creating high-quality floral arrangements and bouquets for a range of occasions

• Providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining the store's inventory and ensuring all floral products are fresh and well-presented

• Assisting with the general operations of the floral department.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Florist, with a strong understanding of floral design principles and techniques

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

• Creativity and an eye for detail.

• Proficient in the use of floral tools and equipment, as well as knowledge of flower varieties and their care

• Enthusiasm and a passion for the floral industry
