Position: Full-time Educator for Nursery (0-2 years) and Toddler (2-3 years)
Location: Headland Park, Mosman, NSW
The Lookout Early Education Centre, a family-owned and Exceeding-rated Long Day Care Centre, is seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team. Nestled in the serene natural environment of Headland Park, our centre offers panoramic views across Sydney Harbour, providing an inspiring backdrop for our unique child-centred curriculum.

We are looking for experienced full-time educators to join our friendly and supportive team in our Nursery (0-2 years) and Toddler (2-3 years) rooms.

Task & responsibilities
Task & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children
- Lead room routines and mentor junior educators
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the team
- Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
- Champion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification & experience
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a positive team culture
