About Stellarossa
Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009, and since then, we’ve grown throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with plans for further expansion! At our cafes and drive thru cafes, you will find unique menus featuring Stellarossa core dishes and local favourites.
About the Role
As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Parkside Cafe, you will be busy pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for dine-in and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer, including weekend work, which is a must.
Responsibilities for Baristas & Guest Service Team Members:
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista and Front of House team member.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment or kitchen operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Availability to work weekends is essential.
A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality.
High energy and productivity levels.
Openness to learning and following systems.
