About the Role
You’ll be working in our production team, crafting high-quality artisanal bread and pastries. Responsibilities include:

• Mixing, hand-moulding, and oven work
• Following production schedules and maintaining stock
• Ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Contributing to recipe development and seasonal specials
• Immediate Start

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years’ baking experience (commercial or retail)
• Strong technical skills in mixing, shaping, and equipment use
• Reliability, attention to detail, and strong time management
• Passion for the craft and a team-first attitude
• Sourdough and pastry experience is a bonus
• Must live within 35 minutes of Braeside and have reliable transport

Pay: $65,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

• Braeside, VIC 3195: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Baking: 3 years (Preferred)
• Pastry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sourdough production: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers License (Preferred)
