Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives.Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and developers to design data models and ETL processes that meet business needs.Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.Conduct data profiling and data quality analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate output against requirements.Assist in data governance efforts including data definitions, lineage, and metadata documentation.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Continuously monitor and improve data warehouse performance and user satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data warehousing or business intelligence environment.Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, architecture, and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.).Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
