BRIEF
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate lawyer to join our national Environment & Planning team in our Melbourne office.
You will work directly with two leading Environmental & Planning partners in a rapidly growing practice advising on Australia’s largest energy, renewables and infrastructure projects. You will be given the opportunity to advise Australia’s largest energy and infrastructure developers and contractors on the full spectrum of environmental and planning issues including:
optimising approval pathways for new projects;environmental assessments;planning appeals and planning panel hearings;biodiversity offsets;environmental licencing;secondary approvals; neighbour agreements; andenvironmental incident response.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the wider Property team, as well as the Corporate team on a range of market leading work.
You will be an important contributor to the success and growth of the team, with this role providing fantastic career development and mentoring opportunities.
