Position: Fulltime Electrician with a 3-month probation period.

Location: Depot Based in Bundamba QLD 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical apparatus in commercial and industrial environments with occasional residential maintenance responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with Initial Energy's Safe System of Work, policies and Code of Conduct.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently, perform & record electrical test and verification procedures.

• Supervise and assist with training apprentices when required.

Requirements:

• Australian Resident

• Current Drivers Licence - Manual 

• Current QLD Electrical Work Licence

• EWP / Forklift licence - This would be an advantage but not essential

• HR Truck Licence - This would be an advantage but not essential

• Provide a basic electrician hand tool kit

• Knowledge of general electrical systems, tools, and safety obligations.

• Ability to work autonomously, read and interpret construction plans and technical diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and record-keeping.

• Strong work ethic with good communication skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.

• Above award remuneration package based on experience $45 - $55 per hour + Super + Penalties

• Potential for regular O.T. and occasional Night Shift Allowances when required.
