Your Role:   

Elite Elevators specialise in residential lifts and will see your role as hybrid; between the office, time on site supervising and training the team. Sites will range from high end residential homes to small commercial sites including apartments and luxury estates. You will be:

• Overseeing projects to completion whilst ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

• Manage, lead & develop a team of our Installers and Subcontractors across sites.

• Plan & schedule installations with occasional help on site to manage and achieve project milestones.

• Conducting risk assessments and project evaluations, enforcing safety protocols and taking appropriate actions to prevent issues.

• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and guide the team to solutions.

• Uphold and enhance the quality of installations through regular inspections and adherence to industry best practices.

• Drive and maintain a safety-focused culture and work closely with management to ensure targets are met.

 

About You:

You will have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be an avid communicator and negotiator, have demonstrated experience in managing projects end-to-end and have a sound level of mechanical exposure and competence. 

 

You will have the following:

• A-Grade Electrical License, Construction White Card and Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.

• 10+ years experience in Building or Construction Management or in Lift Industry.

• Qualifications in Installations Management or Engineering preferred.
