I am seeking an experienced Content Manager System Administrator for a key contract role supporting our client's Content Manager Improvement Project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on system optimisation and wants to play a pivotal role in modernising records and information practices.
Location: North Ryde
Contract Length: 4-month contract with potential to extend
Start: Immediate
Hours: Fulltime
About the role:
You’ll be working with a forward-thinking Records and Information team to:
- Design and implement a new Business Classification Scheme (BCS) – aligning with State Records NSW best practice
- Develop a modern, practical Security Scheme to ensure the right people have access to the right information
- Support the integration of Microsoft Teams with Content Manager, helping staff meet their recordkeeping obligations in a collaborative environment
- Create registration templates and guide the internal team on how to maintain them
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience administering Content Manager
- Solid experience developing Business Classification and Security Schemes
- Confident understanding of local government retention and disposal schedules
- The ability to create templates and train others
- Experience with Microsoft Teams integration is a plus
- Location: The close to public transport, but please note there's no onsite parking
