- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative and inclusive learning community.
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development to inform individualized planning and ongoing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards in early childhood education and care.

- If you're the person of our dreams there's a good chance you'll have:
- A completed Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an equivalent approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification (ECT)
- Current CPR and First Aid qualifications, including asthma and anaphylaxis
- Hold the relevant Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Completed and current Child Protection Training
- Be knowledgeable about regulations, the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Early Childhood Teacher position.
