Montessori Minds Childcare and Kindergarten (MONTESSORI MINDS PTY LTD) in Norlane (North Geelong), is seeking a full time early childhood teacher with the right attitude and passion for working with children.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience and a minimum of a Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent education. Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + super for this full-time position.

Tasks & responsibilities
As the Early Childhood Teacher for children aged 3–6 years, you will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks.
- Deliver a kindergarten program for children aged 3–6 years.
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to build a warm, inclusive space where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to grow.
- Create and run engaging activities that help children develop new skills and enjoy early learning experiences
- Observe and keep track of each child’s progress.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Encourage children to develop social and emotional skills.
- Ensure that records are maintained accurately for each child in care
- Prepare reports and learning portfolios to track children's progress and share insights with families.
Qualifications & experience
- A Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Sound, practical working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
- A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in early childhood development and programming
- At least 3-4 years of experience in highly relevant role required.
