Early Learning Rituals is locally owned, boutique early learning centre catering to 29 children - 2-5 years of age, in Hazelmere, Perth (Right near Guildford, Woodbridge, Helena Valley & Midland).

We are a mixed-aged grouping service, allowing children to interact with peers of all ages & access of the whole service. We take pride in offering a nurturing & enriching environment for children, building strong relationships and fostering a loving community among our educators, staff & families.

Qualifications & experience

• Completed/Working towards Cert III. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.

• Trainee opportunities. 

• Full-time, part-time & casual opportunities

• Experience in a similar role in an education and care service is preferred but not essential for trainees.

• Valid Working With Children Check.

• Valid National Police Clearance (Within 6 months).

• Current First Aid, including CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Training (Or willing to obtain).

• Current Child Protection & Protective Behaviours Training (Or willing to obtain).

• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, Education and Care Services National Law, Education and Care Services National Regulations.

• Adhering to policies and procedures.

• Strong work ethic, reliable, excellent communication skills, and ability to be part of a team.

• Genuine passion for teaching and caring for children.

• Understanding of respectful interactions with children and effective behaviour guidance strategies.
