Greater Shepparton City Council, situated in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, is the fourth largest provincial centre in Victoria and has a well-developed economy due to its strong agricultural and irrigation base, with major industries related to food processing, manufacturing and transport. Early Childhood Educator - Certificate III

Salary: $66,892.28 per annum

Full Time - Temporary (To 11 May 2026)

An exciting opportunity is available with Greater Shepparton City Council’s Children’s Service team.

A full time Certificate 3 educator role at Arthur Dickmann Children’s Service. This is a temporary role until 11 May 2026. We are looking for a vibrant, passionate educator to join our team.

As part of Arthur Dickmann team you will be surrounded by likeminded educators, who enjoy working as a team to achieve the best outcomes for their children, families and community.

You will have the support of the Children’s services leadership team, along with your service leader, second in charge and educational leader.

Applicants must hold the following current qualifications and certificates:

• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively working towards
• Current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
• Current CPR – HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Criminal History Check (valid within six months).
• Current and valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Protecting Children – Mandatory reporting and other obligations early childhood

Note: This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period.
