The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits at Brady for a commercially minded E-commerce Specialist that can leverage their expertise in UX and usability to drive revenue performance and growth of our online sales within the Australian market.

The E-commerce Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, conversion and retention for all websites whilst ensuring best practice principles and enhancements are developed and applied.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive YOY growth for online sales and enhance the customer experience. Implementing effective UX strategies and designs to drive customer conversion and improve overall customer experience (CX)

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management, ensuring effective website navigation and search optimisation

  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction, recommending and implementing strategies that drive commercial outcomes

  • Optimising the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness

  • Analyse customer behavior, website sales, and campaign performance using analytical tools i.e. Google Analytics, to provide actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvements

  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies

  • Developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies to boost sales and improve profitability, including creating and managing email campaigns

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure a smooth e-commerce processes

  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts and design innovative technology solutions

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing utilising data to optimise and navigate next steps

  • Proven track record of improving website experience and revenue, traffic and sales

  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies

  • Customer-centric and user journey approach when making data driven decisions and e-commerce enhancements

  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry

  • Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalisation, chatbots, or AI-driven shopping experiences

  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain management

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital or Business preferred

  • A flexible and positive attitude with excellent time management skills
