Duty Manager - Alexandra Hills Hotel

At the Alexandra Hills Suites & Conference Centre you’ll find everything your heart desires. Friends, family and corporates are all catered for with fine dining, a state of the art convention center and of course the excellent service. Serving guests from the extensive wine and cocktail list the staff are attentive and very friendly. The bar picks up pace every Friday and Saturday night and is the favorite hangout for locals and visitors alike.

The hotel is currently building a 12 hole Mini golf course that will add to the extensive range of facilities on offer from accommodation, Night Club, Functions, Retail and an ever growing food trade.

Responsibilities

• Operations of the hotel including opening and closing of the hotel
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure the highest standard of customer service
• Ensuring venue presentation and cleanliness at high standards
• Staff management and labour control
• Oversee the bars, gaming room, bottle shop and restaurant
• Stock and cold room control
• Reconciling safes, tills and banking

Skills & Certificates

• Must have RMLV, RSA, RSG & Approved Manager License
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Great computer and reporting skills
• Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
