About the Job:

• Full time Store Manager in the high-performing Canberra location, reporting to the District Manager and Retail Operations Executive
• Opportunity to align with the business’ core values and understand the brand to achieve internal career progression
• Coach a team to meet and exceed company KPIs 

About You:

• Experience leading a team within a successful retail environment
• Experience with meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to lead by example and drive business goals whilst promoting a positive team culture
