Draftsperson

Our client are seeking a skilled and motivated Draftsperson to join their dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate design documentation. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, external consultants and clients to produce detailed drawings and plans that bring our projects to life.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing detailed architectural drawings for commercial, industrial and agricultural projects
• Collaborating with project designers to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings
• Reviewing and updating drawings based on feedback from the Construction Manager, external consultants and clients.
• Ensuring all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintaining organised and up-to-date project files and documentation.

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in the commercial construction sector
• Proficiency in Revit as well as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Strong understanding of architectural principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
