The Role 

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will work side by side with our clients and the New Home Sales Consultants. The successful candidate will require a strong customer focus, be highly motivated and extremely organised. 

This role is for 3 days per week. Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Skills and experience 

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction 
• Strong customer service focus 
• Exceptional communication and time management skills 
• Professional presentation 
• A strong work ethic and a winning mentality 
• A positive attitude towards your professional development and an understanding of the importance of weekend work 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintaining impeccable display home presentation
• Welcoming and greeting display home visitors upon entering and exiting the display
• Qualifying clients and managing initial enquiries
• Maintaining marketing collateral stocks
• Assisting with general administration tasks
• Flexibility to travel to other display home locations as required.
