Disability Support Worker - Community

• Salary: $55,900 - $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
• Permanent Part Time rosters available which vary:
  • between 6am-8pm
  • 20-50 hours per fortnight (with occasional weekends)
• Casual Community Support Worker positions also available (shift coverage required on short notice)
• Part Time & Casual positions available at these locations: Ascot, Cockburn, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Nollamara & the Peel Region

Day in the life of a disability support worker:

• Support our customers during outings, transporting to and from daily activities, and achieving personal goals
• Administer medication and assist with personal care
• Build long lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction
• Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting
