Infinite Ability is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives. Your work will involve assisting with daily living activities, facilitating community participation, and providing quality, person-centered care.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized support to participants
- Assist with daily activities to enhance physical, social, emotional, and intellectual well-being
- Support participants in their homes, including 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements
- Facilitate community engagement and participation in social and recreational activities
- Assist in building routines and capacity for daily living skills
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to participant care
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent
- Previous experience in the disability sector preferred
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Must meet all visa requirements for working in Australia
