DIRECTOR OF COACHING (JUNIOR)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Coaching (Junior) to oversee development and coaching within our Junior Representative basketball programs. This role will lead and mentor junior coaching staff, design player development strategies, and implement a vision for growing and enhancing the basketball program within the Association. This is a key role that requires sound basketball knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to creating a high-performance culture that prioritises player development, welfare, teamwork and excellence in line with WPBA values.
