We have a permanent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist, Investor, to join the Morningstar marketing team. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will report into the Associate Marketing Director, Investor, and be responsible for developing, executing and managing activities to acquire new leads and customers across our digital channels. On any given day, you will: Develop new promotions across Email, Organic Search and Display to convert our existing audience into paid subscribersDevelop, implement and optimise new Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns to drive cost-efficient lead generationDesign and run experiments to improve the customer journey, reduce customer acquisition costs and boost ROIDevelop and manage EDM automations to nurture and convert email subscribersConduct performance reporting of key channels and campaigns and generate insights and opportunities to improve ROIAssist with organic social media as neededCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Design, Product and Compliance to ensure campaigns are compliant and aligned with requirements / guidelinesStay up to date with digital marketing best practices and industry trends. We’d love to hear from people who have: 3 – 5 years digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition and demonstrable results generating new leads and customers and improving ROASExperience acquiring leads and customers through Paid Social and / or Paid SearchDemonstrable hands-on experience owning the end-to-end delivery of digital acquisition campaigns, including strategy development, idea formation, writing copy, building landing page and funnels, ad and tracking setup, analysis, reporting and optimizationAbility to work independently to drive projects along but also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to get buy-in, feedback and approvalAbility to make sense of data and present commercially focused, data-driven recommendations in a clear, concise manner (written and verbal) to a variety of stakeholdersSelf-starter with ‘can-do’ problem-solving attitudeExperience in financial services, particularly investing, highly preferredThe ability to manage multiple new and existing campaigns at the same time and deliver to tight timelinesStrong copywriting skillsExperience with digital tracking practicesExperience using analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics What we can offer you: Work with a respected, leading global financial services brand with a dedication to customer successResults-focused, data-driven environmentHybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFHAnnual education and well-being stipend to help support your professional growth Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer.
