About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective digital strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok for our lovely clients.
About You
You are proficient in the Google Ads suite and can confidently increase conversions, lower CPAs, and increase ROAS. You know your way around Google (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google My Business) Meta Business Suite and TikTok for Business and understand how to interpret the data to develop your strategies and conjunction with the overall strategy for the client.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the results of your client roster.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Develop 3, 6 and 12-month strategies, that are in line with client goals
Provide direction for ad creative, audience development, visuals and copy
Analyse the success of strategies and interpret data across the accounts
Maximise ROI for our clients through constant optimisation and bidding adjustments
Understand how to measure results and implement tracking through Google Analytics
Know how to ad set and optimise ads for Meta
Create keyword-data-driven content for AdWords and Meta
Set up accounts and campaigns (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display, YouTube etc.)
Setup accounts and campaigns on Meta Business Suite, including linking all platforms
Carry out data-informed split tests on a weekly/monthly basis, depending on client's budget
Create monthly reports highlighting key learnings, insights, and strategies or focuses for the next month
Collaborate and communicate with the internal team working on the account
Attend our wider team meetings to innovate the service offering for Anomaly
Ensure continual learning and personal development to stay on the top of your game
Provide design briefs to the Graphic Designer team for Paid Media content
Assist Web developer with any Paid Media associated content
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience in managing and growing Google Ads accounts
1-2 years relevant experience in managing and growing Meta Business accounts
Google Garage/Google Workspace current certification (or working towards)
Meta Business Suite certification (formerly Facebook Blueprint) (or working towards)
Optional: A degree/certificate in marketing majoring in digital marketing
Optional: A member of the Australian Marketing Institute or other marketing organisation
Proficient in Google Business Suite (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google My Business)
Proficient in Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram accounts, paid management)
Knowledge of other media streams and their paid media capabilities (TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
A proactive team player who isn’t afraid to shake things up
Open to constructive feedback and willing to contribute ideas!
