The RoleWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for all paid campaign activity across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn – building, optimising, and scaling ads that convert.Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.Manage and optimise SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.Improve website performance to boost lead generation and user experience.Use performance data to refine audience targeting and create personalised messaging.Track and analyse key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions) to guide strategy.Utilise tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor for deep campaign analysis and optimisation.
The Candidate:Degree qualified in Marketing, Advertising or related field.Previous experience in managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.Strong understanding of A/B testing, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation.
