Diesel Mechanic - Trucks\u002FForklifts

TFH Hire Services Pty Ltd are construction & event specialists with a fleet of trucks and forklifts.  

Located at Kingston on the Southside of Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

Our ideal candidate would possess a minimum 2 years' experience in the mechanical field, preferably with some knowledge of light commercial vehicles and their maintenance requirements. A MR licence would be an advantage. 

The successful candidate will:

• Hold an appropriate Trade qualification as well as hold an open car licence
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Schedule, plan and maintain of our fleet of vehicles which includes 3 to 6 tonne trucks, utilities and forklifts.
• Liaise with Purchasing Department for parts requirements and completion of appropriate paperwork.
• Perform repairs, order parts, run breakdown diagnostics and collection parts as required.
• Ensure workshop and factory area are kept clean and well maintained and in like with Company WHS requirements.  
• A roadworthy licence would be an advantage
