Dental Technician – Crown and Bridge Department (Team Leader) Company: SN Dental Laboratory Pty Ltd Location: Manly, QLD

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $73,000 – $77,000 per annum SN Dental Laboratory is seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Technician to lead our Crown and Bridge Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing laboratory known for delivering high-quality dental restorations and exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and fabricate a range of restorations including full metal, porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM), all-ceramic (e.g., E-max, zirconia), and implant-supported crowns and bridges.

Construct stone models and pindex systems to ensure precision in fit and function. Examine and refine the design of dental restorations to meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Collaborate with dentists and prosthetists to ensure all work aligns with treatment plans and patient outcomes.

Oversee and manage daily workflow, assign tasks within the Crown and Bridge team, and maintain deadlines and quality standards. Operate within a collaborative lab environment, supporting a smooth and efficient production process. Experience:

Experience in Crown and Bridge work, ideally with team leadership or supervisory exposure. Strong knowledge of dental materials and fabrication techniques. Experience with CAD/CAM technology is advantageous.

Skills and Attributes: Particular attention to detail and high-level craftsmanship. Strong organisational and team leadership skills.
