Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance and support sterilisation protocols, ensuring infection control standards are met across the practice
• Perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to enquiries and emails, and managing appointment bookings
• Process HICAPS payments and assist with account management
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory
• Contribute to both internal and external marketing initiatives

About You:

• Ideally, you have previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting however we are will to train the right candidates
• Confident using computers and dental software
• Possess excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Friendly, respectful and professional demeanour
• Passionate about contributing to the growth and success of the practice
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Conscientious, reliable, and ethical
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $23.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
