This is a contract role to the 30th June 2025 and will suit someone available to start immediately. The role can be located at either our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices. Our flexible, hybrid work environment combines remote work with regular on-site requirements, ensuring in-office presence as needed to meet project deliverables. Please note that this role will be engaged as a contractor working on assignment at The Lottery Corporation through Hudson RPO.
What you’ll do:
Lead the integration of Workiva into Oracle, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Manage the vendor responsible for execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and company secretariat office, to ensure a smooth implementation.
Monitor risks and issues proactively, resolving roadblocks to keep the project on track.
Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring transparency and effective communication across teams.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in ERP integration projects, with a strong understanding of system implementation and data flow between platforms.
Hands-on vendor management experience, including contract oversight, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Strong project delivery background, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
Ability to navigate complex environments, working across multiple departments to drive project success.
