Data Entry Administrator | Geelong

Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Data Entry Administrator to join our team based in Geelong on a Permanent full-time basis.

We do require the successful candidate to be based in around the surrounding areas of Geelong, Victoria as this role will be based out of our office in Breakwater. You will be required to come into the office Monday to Friday.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and will see you utilise your administrative experience, work with technicians on scheduling and maintaining data for business and legislative compliance.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

• Data analysis and entry
• Occasional planning and scheduling
• Work cross functionally with the internal service delivery team
• A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Maintaining our databases by ensuring records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in working in Business Support/Administration (essential)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
• High attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Love working in a team environment
