Exciting new opportunity to work with an innovative global leader in security product technology.
As a Customer Service Coordinator / Sales Administrator you will liaise closely with business partners, to assist them with pricing, product information, ordering and logistics. This is a European based organisation so you will liaise with their European HQ relating to orders and logistics.
  
Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • First point of contact for clients via phone or email (predominantly email)
  • Assisting with queries around pricing and product
  • Placing and managing orders
  • Logistics coordination
  • Manage timeline expectations and follow up
  • Liaise with manufacturing in Europe
  • Input invoices
  • Ad hoc administration for Operations Manager and GM
This is a progressive organisation who are going through significant growth in the Oceania region. We are looking for someone with long term career aspirations. Someone who has a high attention to detail, is well organised with strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous, or a similar ERP system ie. Xero, MYOB.

This company are located in brand new offices in Cremorne (with a roof top). They also offer work from home options.
