The role involves customer service and sales (face to face and phone), managing customer queries, following up on leads and quotes, closing sales, maintaining customer databases, data entry, and general administration.

Successful candidates should have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, customer service skills, time management, and a willingness to learn. SAGE experience and metal industry experience are preferred but not essential.
