The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative who can manage customer inquiries, answer calls, read sketches and product drawings, provide simple, but accurate quotations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.

• Answer inquiries by phone, email and walk in customers.

• Interpret and understand basic technical drawings and diagrams to assess customer requirements.

• Calculate and provide simple but accurate quotations for custom orders.

• Process invoices and payments efficiently.

• Follow up on quotes and address any customer concerns promptly.

• Manage stock and inventory levels and order in materials from suppliers as required.

• Coordinate customer deliveries, organise inbound and outbound couriers.

• Collaborate with members of the team and gather the necessary information for quotations.

About You:

• Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for assisting customers.

• Comfortable interpreting basic technical drawings and diagrams, with training provided.

• Strong and competent mathematical skills to perform calculations for quoting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player.

• Basic use in using Excel, Word and other office programs and invoicing software. Training will be provided

• Ability to work in a dynamic office environment with multiple ongoing projects.
