THE CITY
The City of Melville is on the southern shores of the Swan and Canning rivers and home to over 100,000 people. It is an exciting and transformational time for the City with its key focus areas being a Customer First Approach, digital transformation, business partnering and process improvement.
THE ROLE
As part of its reimagining of the customer experience, the City is developing a Customer First Approach strategy, implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and upgrading the telephony and contact centre, and this newly created Customer Experience Program Manager will work collaboratively across the organisation and with its own Customer Experience team to ensure successful outcomes across these programs. Reporting to the Director Community Development and managing a team of around 20 people, this is a key leadership role and a member of the Management Leadership Team, accountable for helping to achieve a customer-centric culture.
REQUIREMENTS
The City is seeking an adept customer experience professional with leadership experience in a medium to large complex organisation, and outstanding project management skills including leading technology, process and behavioural change. The ability to use complex data intelligence to deliver innovative business improvements using contemporary methodologies and quality management tools is essential, and prior experience in driving a CRM system implementation is highly desirable.
THE PACKAGE
